A tad disappointing that I wasn't informed prior to the fact that there was no driver to take me into town. I was by myself that day, therefore I had to wait in the the waiting area for 3.5 hours; I live over an hour away and did not arrange a lift.

The customer service at Halliwell jones I received as part of my recent service was excellent. The staff were friendly and the service felt personal. Nothing was too much trouble. I left feeling confident my car had been serviced to a high standard.
